Hey guys,
AFARCC are holding a track day at Collie Motorplex on 14th July 2013.

All makes and models welcome!
Tuning day format - you are out on the track in limited groups that we cycle through till everyones had a few runs - then we go to open slather so you simply queue up in the pits and we run the max cars as per our Permit, as cars leave the track we will slot you in an appropriate space.
We will have instructors available on the day to jump in and assist if required.
As with our previous track days, this will day will run approximately from 8am to 4pm, with a break for lunch.
Requirements (see scrutineer form at end for exacting details):
- CAMS License**
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Current club membership
- Roadworthy vehicle
- Fire extinguisher
- Long Clothing
- Approved Helmet
**CAMS L2S licenses will be required as a minimum, and these can be purchased (but not renewed) on the day. It is preferable though that you organise through CAMS prior to event.

Non-Members: $180 (inc 30 Day membership)

Hi Guys,
Unfortunately this day has been cancelled as we did not reach a minimum number of competitors by our closing date of July 1st to make the event financially viable.
The committee will be in touch with the paid up entrants to organise refunds shortly.
Apologies to those who were looking forward to the event as much as ourselves but due to the costs to run these events, we need to at least set limits in regards to how much the club is prepared to stake (and lose) on an event just to see it go ahead. We were prepared to go ahead if we could recoup 70% of our costs from Entrants but unfortunately did not reach that mark.
